Our background and founding idea
Co-Founder Janno Vaartjes has spent 10+ years in sales and marketing and has scaled a sales organization from 20 – 400 sales agents as well as increasing the revenue 20x. In addition, Co-Founder Arnaud Decroix has owned and run a successful jewelry manufacturing business catering to some of the biggest brands in the fashion industry for 15 years.
With our combined knowledge and research we looked to solve the challenges businesses face in scaling, finding leads and closing new prospects and founded Blue Pumpkin Leads that specializes in customized AI leveraged outbound at scale.
